STRATEGY: Heritage is Nebraska’s premier wholesale nursery and was referred to us earlier this year with a goal in mind of redesigning their site to better serve their landscape contractors. Instead of trying a strategy to gain new clients, they wanted to increase market share by better serving their current clients. We sought out to build an easy-functioning ordering system that would allow landscape contractors to login, place their order, and have it ready to pick up.

RESULTS: Heritage continues to the be the largest wholesale nursery (in terms of market share) and will continually promote their ordering system among their landscapers as a way to improve efficiency.
