STRATEGY: We were referred over to the Quilted Moose earlier this year for a complete site redo. Located in Gretna, the Quilted Moose was named one of the top ten quilt shops in America and their old website was no where near reflective of that. They got their logo spruced up by Carmen Dyar over at Minglewood Studios and needed a site to complement it. We wanted to give them not only a clean design, but we had to make sure that the site didn’t take away from the pictures of the actual fabrics they sell. They wanted to make the site a lot more interactive than the old one so we set them up with a blog, SEO plugin, “pin it” buttons everywhere, and a shopping cart.

RESULTS: We made a completely new site with the new logo that is an accurate depiction of the personality at The Quilted Moose. Powered by WordPress and passion, their new site is easy to use, easy to update, and fully theirs to control. We simplified managing their newsletter contacts by merging the sign-up with their Constant Contact account, created an on-site calendar, class information, downloadable designs, shopping cart and blog.
